A writer. A photographer. My inspiration comes from action, suffering, glee and insomnia. These are the four broad phenomena that guide my creativity. When sipping coffee, drinking a beer, over landing Africa (especially behind the wheel), observing people, bearing emotional damage and pressure, nights of tossing over and over in bed due to an overactive mind, thats when the thoughts run through my head. It's all about chasing these thoughts and the inability to let go! The feeling of wanting to hold on to the image before it it disappears forever. And then to track it down. And the desire to see the it re-appear through the lens of my enlarger.

Oh Charles, I like this one. The cloud reflections are breathtaking. This is a scene where I would have just sat there and stared into the water for hours. Great shot.
I love this one Charles. The reflection is great.
This is stunning, the reflection of light and shadow is brilliantly seen and captured. Dancing in thoughts floating across visions of space ... beautiful!
